OMOI plans and coordinates birthday parties, special occasions, corporate events and bespoke celebrations.If your event does not fit neatly into one of these categories, you are still welcome to get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.

Simply complete our enquiry form with a few details about your event, including your preferred date, location and what you are planning.Once we have reviewed your enquiry, we will contact you to discuss availability and next steps.

No. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve your event date or confirm a booking.Your event is only confirmed once the booking requirements outlined in your proposal or client agreement have been completed and OMOI has confirmed your booking in writing.

Yes.After reviewing your enquiry, we may invite you to an initial consultation so we can learn more about your event, your ideas and the support you are looking for.

As early as possible is always helpful, particularly if your event falls on a popular date.However, we understand that some events are planned at shorter notice, so you are always welcome to enquire and we will let you know whether we are available.

Absolutely.You do not need to have every detail worked out before contacting us. You can come to us with a complete vision, a few ideas or simply an occasion you would like to celebrate.We can help you bring the pieces together.

We understand that event plans can change.If you would like to change the date, venue, guest numbers, services or another important part of your event, contact us as soon as possible.We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes where we can. Some changes may affect the price or availability of suppliers, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding.

The price and payment schedule will depend on the services required for your event.You will receive this information clearly in your quotation, proposal or client agreement before confirming your booking.An initial payment may be required to secure your event date and allow planning work to begin.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.The cancellation or postponement arrangements for your event will be explained in your individual client agreement, taking into account work already completed and costs already incurred or committed.

Yes.Depending on your event, we may work alongside venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, florists and other event professionals.Where a supplier is contracted directly by you, we will make this clear.

Yes.If you already have a venue or suppliers in place, let us know when you enquire. We can discuss how they fit into your event and the services you would like OMOI to provide.

Yes. Birthday parties and other family celebrations can form part of the events we plan.Please include any relevant information about the type of celebration and the age group when making your enquiry so we can understand what you need.
